This is a very comfortable pipe! It is a neat Apple with a scalloped top. If you look closely you can see my straight bulldog in the shape. It started out as one then I changed it into a Apple. I have a bent bulldog on the bench that was a experimental piece. while I was looking at it one day I started to play with the shape, rounded the sides and scalloped the top etc. When I was done I laid it on my bench and it sat for months then when I was making this straight bulldog I decided to take the plunge and change it to an Apple. I am glad I did as I think the shape is very cool. This piece has my new Burgundy stain with a Ebonite mouthpiece. This piece is rusticated then sand blasted which results in a incredibly deep, craggy, almost coral like appearance.
